Royal Air service is fast, efficient and well priced. The owner, Ed, is experienced in this business and owned it for 20 years. He is a man of integrity, and delivers on his commitment on-time and within agreed upon price. He trains and treats his employees well, and that is why they are so friendly and professional. I do want to acknowledge their names, too: Rob, Timothy, Margie and Chris. In my case, they replaced two aging HVAC systems in half a day. They also included a few years of complimentary service. Finally, the office manager, Cindy, registered all of the new equipment with the manufacturer, Ruud, and gave me the Certificate of Registration. I got a new condenser and furnace installed in my new home by Royal and they were great. The gentleman who came out and originally looked at out system and gave us a quote was extremely knowledgeable and worked to come up with solutions to a condensation problem we were having as well. The men who came and installed were great as well. overall a great experience and I would highly recommend!
